How I wish I knew how to play this game, True American, made up by New Girl characters. They call it life-sized Candy Land where the floor is lava.

Here are the rules.

    So, last summer my friend and I (in no connection to New Girl, although coincidentally the only episode I’ve seen was one where they played this game), decided to play “the ground is lava” on the tiny benches at a bus stop. I fell off and almost landed in the road. After that we were like, “Holy shit. Can you imagine if one of us died in the street, and we had to tell our families, friends and the NEWS that we were killed at age 27 because we thought it sounded really fun to pretend the ground at a bus stop was lava?”
